The Family Health Partnership Clinic provides care to underserved communities in McHenry County. The Clinic is funded through private grants, foundations and community fundraising. Each year, they host a gala fundraiser with a different theme. The theme for 2020 is “Up North!” a fun and adventurous take on the Northwoods aesthetic.
